I recall a game two years ago between RPI and Union in which RPI scored a goal with 0.2 seconds left to tie it, and then was the beneficiary of an overtime penalty that produced a game winning power play goal. I recall pouring over video of both the goal and the penalty, because it was important to me that both were legitimate and that we'd won fairly.
Obviously the same dynamic isn't in play here. Dope.

What about Harry Ammian? Maybe not a terrible ref but NEVER left himself open to being called a homer, since he was from Troy!

Harry was indeed a hometown boy-and he never ever gave us the benefit of the doubt. But he was at least consistent.
