Women's D-I coverage: Season Previews are going up

We posted Hockey East yesterday (previews of the conference and each team). WCHA went up today. Look for CHA tomorrow, and ECAC either at the end of the week or beginning of next week. Previews are on the Women's D-I front page.

Arlan and I will be booting up Wednesday Women on October 13, so be sure to look for that!

I'm having no luck with the link to the WCHA preview. Is that an issue exclusive to my PC?

Nope, it wasn't you. I fixed it though. Thanks for pointing it out.

How did you guys make predictions in the Minnesota/Colgate games but not BC/Maine??

Also if Minnesota only beats Colgate 3-2 in one of their games, they are in for a long season...

Even though I don't agree with your logic - a win is a win after all - I suppose you could say the same thing about BC, if they barely beat Maine.

I most certainly WOULD say the same thing. The difference here I didn't predict it would happen!

Re: Women's D-I coverage: Season Previews are going up

Did you put a wager on your pick of BC to win it all last season?
I think Maine over BC is a little bit more of a stretch than BC over Minnesota, no?

There is absolutely no chance. I am all about the whole 'yay hockey east parity!' thing but let's get serious here for a second.

EDIT: Maine over BC is certainly comparable in ridiculousness to Colgate over Minnesota, I'll say that much.

About the same. Most recent meetings, Minnesota beat BC on home ice in OT, BC beat Maine on home ice in OT. You only think it is a bigger stretch because that homer that lived in you when you were a freshman is still there. ;)

That game was not once nor ever in doubt.
I hear you. I felt the same about the semi once the effects of that 3OT game the week before were out of the team's legs. (I did wink though)
