Wisniewski out at Ohio State

James Wisniewski has left the Ohio State Women’s Hockey program.
Huge loss for The Almighty Muzzinator.
Two years seems pretty much par for the course for her assistants.

(I remember one time, the succession of assistants was being discussed on the forum, and I went back to try compile a list of names and years, etc. and it proved MUCH harder than I had thought it would be. Because a number of times, once the assistant was gone, they became 'de-listed' on the OSU roster pages for their years. Simply gone, Ministry of Truth style)

If Maine requires a college degree for the job, no.
Interesting.

When Tony Granato was hired as the Wisconsin men's coach, he did not have a degree. But he was close. So, during his first year coaching, he also took the few classes he was lacking, and got his degree.

From what Wikipedia tells me, Wisniewski appears to have never attended college at all.

He is done coaching…. Not interested

Omg, she's going to hire Idalski or Frosty. It will be like that one cartoon where the 2 superheroes did this superpower activate thing and the combination powers was unstoppable. I wasn't a fan, but it made a mark in my noodle.

That, in turn, makes the timing seem odd to me. If he didn't want to coach anymore, why wait this long into the off-season? Or he and Muzzy have known, and we're just finding out? (If it is indeed true; nothing public yet that I've seen).
