It is way to early to look at that stuff. Ryan Lasch is no where close to the top of the WCHA scoring list, but are you going to tell me he is not one the best players?

X-Factor = We usually take one night off and go on vacations somewhere every time we travel to St. Cloud. We will see if this experienced team can learn from that this year and put together strong back to back efforts, because you are right the numbers are in UW's favor.

thanks for the SCSU ticket info - I won't know until very late Friday if I can make it for Saturday, so we'll see what happens.

If you can't get in the game, I'm sure there are many exciting diversions in St. Cloud on a Saturday night.

So these games are on Charter 87 again? Figures when I had Charter part of the reason for switching to Directv was for more hockey. Do you just need the basic package from Charter to get this channel? The Saturday game in Mankato finally found a bar that had Charter, but nothing showed up for channel 87 when they checked it. Not sure if they just didn't know what they were doing as is small bar or if you need better then the basic Charter programming.

Best bet for TV is to go DirecTV and get the sports pack. Then you get pretty much any college hockey that is televised.

That's what I used to think, but the Mankato series, this series and our road series with Duluth are available only on Charter channel 87 according to the UW website. It's called the Wisconsin Network or something like that none of these are on FSN Wisconsin.

For the most part you are right. however, if fox net Wisconsin is not showing the games it will only be on cable.

That is because all SCSU/Mankato and Duluth home games are on Charter. Charter even let's comcast and Media Com in other parts of minnesota pick up the games. If the games are on fox net and not in your market you can guarantee they will be on the dish and may or may not be on cable. All UND home games are on FCS and a lot of DU games are on Fox rocky mountain.

Meh. Not everyone will find me annoying, some strange people might even find me endearing. For your Varsity, I have like 20 people, so I'm fine. Plus is Varsity really even relevant? Even his own fans don't like him.
