Those are known as "momentum saves". The goalie has to make at least 1-2 of those per game to keep the team in it. If he fails to do that, you end up with 3-0 deficits and a very early "game over".

SOG are 7-1 UW this period. MN basically came out after the intermission and quit playing.

Obvious conclusion: yes, CC is that bad.

Just like clockwork the score thread crashes and we go down by 4-5 goals at home. :(
