Let's see here. .. 40 minutes into the game, Lucia complains the first time on a blatant trip that went uncalled... or Eaves complaining 3 times in 10 minutes on ticky-tack stuff that they'd been getting away with and finally got called?

I find it funny that Wisconsin was whining about a marginal call last night and two blatant trips don't get called and they scream equivalence.

Refs are in Sconnie's backpocket apparently. Pretty sad that it's tied when the refs are on your side and your outplaying your opponent by a considerable margin. Maybe Sconnie should score more.

Lucia's got some catching up to do. Frankly, I can't stand how he waits for the 11th hour to finally put forth any real effort.

Regardless of all the ballyhoo, the Gophers finally started to turn it around in the final five-six minutes of that period. Should be a fun third period.
