It's becoming more than a little bit annoying to come here and find pages of their crap. Anyone else tired of it?

I get that this site is free, but this is the only message board I frequent where I see spam posts like that. It seems to happen more often than it should.

Also, the amount of XSS spam I run into is annoying as well. I frequently get fake redirected to spam sites with amazon gift card offers when using my phone or ipad. I think that's more of an issue with the advertising being displayed than the message board. Disabling javascript helps, but its not so easy to do on an iPad as that OS won't allow you to disable it for specific sites (that I am aware of) and disabling JS makes many other sites unusable.

I don't think they target this site specifically, they just use site's like ours to hone their ability to launch cyber attacks.

Sorry...we're annoyed too. But we're just having a little fun with the title of the thread. You're right...disabling JavaScript is not an option (if you want to be able to go to any other site)...

This makes the most sense to me. I heard they will continue until the NCAA adopts the KRACH for NCAA placement.
