MSU-M gets called for high sticking late in the 1st period, and the period winds down with only 11sec of the PP ticked off. end of the 1st, scoressless tie, SCSU leads SOG 6-3 (yup, only 9 combined SOG in the period). Lots of back and forth. SCSU will start the 2nd with 1:49 of the power play remaining.

I'm so conflicted on who to root for, the rodents which I hate and UND that are my second favorite team in teh WCHA.

The rodents winning helps SCSU more than UND. Plus then SCSU doesn't have to worry about having to deal with more Marvin is teh Devil! bs from UND fans.

but I usually only do that when they are the last WCHA team left in the NCAA!

Its so hard to root against UND considering I was born on Grand Forks Air Force base and they are easily my second favorite team! I love SCSU but as soon as SCSU is done I switch to my UND jersey. A few years ago when SCSU had to win the WCHA playoffs to make the NCAA's and I had on both my SCSU jersey and my UND jersey.
