Last poll I saw was 55/41 in favor, with only 4% undecided. I doubt this will make much of a difference.

More concerning is that in the same poll, the proposal to establish an independent commission to redraw the congressional districts in 2020 was ahead 48-32, but ballot initiatives require 50% to pass.

There wasn't a "I don't care" third option on my ballot that I mailed in last week so they'd have to break 90% toward no for it to fail.

The definition of a corporation could be an interesting debate. Could we write out Citzens United by defining what a corporation is?

That is a SCOTUS decision. The personhood of a corporation has a long tradition in our Republic.

What are the ballot choices besides yes/no?

A corporation is a creature of the state. States can regulate them out of existence if they wanted to.

BTW - a good idea. I like it when those who make the decisions have a direct financial stake in the company.

The Republicans have started to run anti-Prop 2 ads here in Michigan, as well as anti-Prop 2 social media posts (I've fired back on a couple of their Tweets). My parents said they saw their first ad tonight.

So who knows?

And I got some anti Prop 2 stuff in the mail today, which promptly went in the Circular File. Same mailer said Prop 2 and Prop 3 were "Democrats rigging elections." What rot.

The Detroit Free Press has already exposed that it's almost all paid for by the DeVos'. Just keep doing the right thing, and throwing it away.
