Yes, folks, the good folks in the Selective Service sent out "you have not registered for the draft" notice to over 10,000 Pennsylvanians born between '93 and '97. Except the data file sent by Pennsylvania to SSS used a 6 digit date instead of an 8 digit date and the good old SSS computer converted the dates to mm/dd/20yy instead of mm/dd/19yy.

Oops. How soon we forget Y2K.

Especially since there are exactly 6 people still living that were born in the 1800's, none of them before 1898, and all of them female. The oldest living man was born in 1903.

The principle is that if the target moves, the bullet follows the target. You don't have to lead the target anymore. Just put the crosshairs on the bad guy and pull the trigger. It should improve "one shot, one kill" figures.

Some might call this the "magic bullet".
