WTOP Radio (as opposed to WTOP TV) is based in Washington. Sometimes they recognize that there is a world outside of a 20 mile radius from the Capitol.

I wouldn't have got the joke had I not read that post, didn't recognize the man sitting there as Mr. Tyson and seeing people using laptops on the bus I ride is a normal thing. Good job on the internet, though, because that's a lot of easily focused vitriol.
