Poutrage of the Day. Cities and subdivisions all across the country have lawn mowing requirements in their ordinances and bylaws. If you don't like it, then you either campaign to get it changed or repealed, or (as you're always a fan of suggesting) you "vote with your wallet" and move to the boonies. In the meantime, the city is within their rights to enforce the law.
