When do you see the coaching staff bring back Alumni to talk to the players. Maybe Alumni player to speak at the Banquet. Bring them in during the off season to talk with them. It called Motivation. What ever happened to players voting for Captains.
Congrats to the Alumni for great seasons for their teams.

....he said in a completely random conversation to himself, not realizing he has absolutely no clue about hockey let alone women's hockey. In fact he struggles with the basic understanding of baseball so not much of a foundation upon which to form a sports-related opinion of any kind.
