What is the worst thing about women’s college hockey?

Unfortunately the only thing that will bring down the WCHA is the Big Ten, let's all hope that day is a long ways away.
The paying athletes could. MJ is very reluctant to pay players and overall I don't think UW UM or THSNBN as schools are willing to dump money into women's hockey salaries. If a big donor from BU or BC wanted to shake things up, they could lure some east coast talent back east with $$$. If I'm KK and BC offers me $500,000, Its would be hard to say no, that is life changing money.

Agree with most that has been posted. Would add that I would like to see them allow a little more checking without calling so many penalties or at least be more consistent in what is called. have seen a lot of stuff allowed that is worse than some minor stuff they have called.

But totally agree that 3 on 3 OT is the worst creation. hockey was fine without it and if it was not broken why do they have try and fix it??
+1 on checking. Supposedly, the NCAA is considering allowing checking in the 2026-27 season.
