Have nothing but great things to say about this team. They didn't capitalize on their chances, and it ultimately cost them the game. They have made great strides this year, and have put Michigan Tech hockey back on the map. They should be proud of the year they had.

Agreed. While this type of loss hurts, hopefully Tech fans can take solace that their program is back where it belongs. Michigan Tech will be back in the NCAAs soon with the type of coaching and recruits they have coming in. Perhaps next time Tech will benefit by some puck luck.

Either way, great season by Tech, great showing today, and good luck in the future...unless you run up against North Dakota. :)

I suppose in the long run, this is part of the learning process. Just frustrating to dominate a game and have that happen.

Tech out played SCSU and lost. Tough loss for them. I hope Brozinski's knee stays loose and he playes tomorrow. Somtimes it is better to be lucky than good.

Brodzinski showing the great truth to hockey players' toughness. I've been twisted up like that before and it hurts like a sonuvabit... hey, there. A basketball player would've been in the hospital with a prognosis of certain death.

Tech shouldn't hang their head. They outplayed cloud for long stretches. Hopefully it makes a program like Tech hungrier for more. It was a great game.

There will be as many SCSU fans cheering on UND tonight as there were UND fans cheering on SCSU.

Thanks guys, yeah.... that's hockey. It was a different kind of team this year in that we lost a few big games like this to good teams (usually Mankato) by not quite being able to finish, but never pulled off an upset where we were outplayed. In the past we depended on upsetting someone to get a meaningful win. So the program has made strides and hopefully continues to build in future. Sad that Blake was injured (in warmups?) for his last game after being such a big part of this team.

Wonder if any NDSU fans will be in attendance since it is in their city.

Quinnipiac is holding up decently in this game, dumb penalties aside.

Way to lose with class.....:Hopefully for your sake hope it os not another 34 years before your team makes it again. It's nice to see a original hockey school to find some success, and wish them well. Tech played great, but sometimes those are the breaks. SCSU has had tough losses like that in the past. Live and learn.
