Yes. Good thing your school has plenty of time to host since they'll be sitting at home.

Impressed this game has TV coverage already. That's usually a last minute flurry before someone finally picks it up.

It all depends which Yale team shows up, the one that dumped 55 shots on BC for a tie and beat CC and Denver in their rinks on the same weekend or the Yale team that lost to Holy Cross by a goal. If it is the Yale team that showed up at the ECAC tourney, then there is no hope.

I think Yale will show up on Friday and acquit themselves well. Yale plays well in the NCAAs when they are an underdog and can adopt an us against the world mentality. It plays to Coach Allain's personality in my view.

Sure, a lot of the teams in the EZAC may trap, but Yale isn't one of them. Expect the former.

I have center ice lower bowl tickets im trying to unload if anyone is interested! I bought em when the Broncos were a #2 seed months ago..... looks like my calculated risk is a complete bust! Though I'm sure this will be an entertaining regional.... I'm looking forward to spending easter with the family. Let me know if your interested!

Same can be said about the Gophers. If the Gophers that we saw at the mid-way point of the season show up this weekend, the maroon and gold will be on to Pittsburgh.

UND rolls through the West Regional on their way to the Frozen Four.

For those who think history determines all, a brief recap:
Initial games 12/21-22 1935. Yale sweeps @ Minnesota 2-0 and 3-1. The first contest is Yale's 300th victory.
12/29-30 1939. Minny evens up with two wins (again at Minnesota) 0-3 and 2-7
12/27-28 1940. This time a split, though again @ Minnesota: 5-2 and 4-5
12/27-28 1946 Another Split @ Minnesota: 6-5 and 2-6
12/28-29 1948: Uh-oh -- A Minny sweep 1-10 2-4
12/28-29 1951 Yale comes back 7-4 and 4-3 OT
12/28-29 1956 Minnesota sweep 2-5 and 0-1
12/28/1978: A single game and another Minny win 3-7
1/1-2 1983: Another Minnesota sweep 1-5 and 4-6
12/30/1994: Yet another Minny win 2-6
12/27/2003: Minny again 3-7
