While he didn't play hockey, he was a major kick starter contributor to the company that eventually created the first Zamboni.

They have a guy that scored 30 goals, at first you would think wow he will be tough to play against, but then you realize they played Army a bunch of times.

I got the Gophers beating RMU about 3-1, then choking in the regional final and losing to whoever 2-1, because they can't score consistently anymore.

I think sandbagging would have had the gophers lose 6-1 to RMU. I am just being realistic. They already lost to ND this season and needed a shootout to beat SCSU. Plus, that was back when I thought they could score goals consistently.

Minnesota beat SCSU 4-1, although the very misleading SOG stat was 39-29 in favor of SCSU.

Oh yeah, it was that other crappy MN team (UMD), but they also beat us in another game.

So SCSU will lose to ND and my point will still stand! :D

It's all good. And hey, how many Rovers fans do you get to talk to on a college hockey message board? 1995 seems like just yesterday.

AHA's Air Force beat Penn State twice; and Penn State beat Michigan 3 times; and Michigan beat Minnesota 6-2; while Air Force lost to Robert Morris.....so Robert Morris over Minnesota 4-1. AND St Cloud buying RMU jerseys in record numbers. :(
