5-1 final. Shots were 50-15. Rematch tomorrow afternoon.

SU scores the tieing goal with 2 min to go in period 3.

Tied #5 Colgate, beat #7 UND, tied #4 Clarkson. In looking at their schedule, mighty BC is next, the first game off winter break! To quote the only Katy Perry song I like, and I really love this song, "comin at ya like a dark horse".

Just got home from a memorial service, only to find the Gophers trailing BU 3-5 at the end of two. :( No idea how it got to this point, but hoping they can find what it takes to come back and finish the first half of the season with the sweep.

Turnovers, turnovers, turnovers. And then not connecting pressure into goals.

The two first period goals were bad goaltending. BU's third and fourth goals were off of horrible turnovers just inside the defensive blue line, one by Stecklein and one by Marshall. The fifth was 5-ob-three.

Clarkson 1 Syracuse 0 end of 1
Story of game is Syracuse Goalie Abbey Miller. Stopped 14 of 175 with a number of stellar glove and kick saves.
Clarkson playing backup goalie Mckenzie Johnson who stopped 8 of 8 but nothing really difficult.

Syracuse starts period 2 on the pp for 1:22.

Wisconsin completes the sweep with a 5-0 win against Ohio State. Five different goal scorers. Looking forward to the game recap from the good people at OSU on one of these threads.
