Actually, shutting out the Sioux for the NC, made it pleasurable for all of us. Not so much for the hostile and abusives, of course. But then, losing to DU in the championship game is a cherished ND tradition.

Tough to lose a game where the difference was your own goalie scoring on himself. Sad, sad, sad.

I guess it's a little break for the DU team before they get a 4 seed into the tournament, if we are lucky.

In a down year that saw his impressive run of 12 straight winning seasons broken and a failure to defend the Gold Pan, the Hedgehog rallied his boys to earn a trip to MSP. Kudos to the suburban 57's. Now go make Colorado hockey proud....
