WHAT AMAZES ME IS THAT DESPITE BEING COACHED BY SCOTTY OWENS
CC MANAGED TO WIN THE SEASON SERIES AGAINST BOTH OF THESE TEAMS. OF COURSE WHEN THINGS REALLY COUNTED OWENS COACHED HIS TEAM TO ANOTHER PLAYOFF COLLAPSE.

See my first post in the thread where I commented on the game. Also Scott Owens is a Madison Native (Wisconsin connection) and SCSU Assistant Eric Rud is a former CC All-American and was recruited by none other than Scott Owens.

2-0 vs Mankato tonight, not bad for Husky sports! I have been saying the whole second half of this season that this Husky team seems to know how to get it done when it's ABSOLUTELY necessary (but not before it's necessary) and they did it again this weekend. They blow game one, wait until they're a period away from losing in game two to come back, then have to come back again in the third and win in OT in game three. Let's hope they realize that every period of every game is must-win from here on out.

You said one sentence, then went off on a rant on how CC won the season series against both teams, yet Owens failed in the playoffs, therefore he should be fired. You mentioned both teams, but that wasn't the point of the post.

I remember after the Saturday night game in Madison that Husky fans were upset that Lee was getting any time at all and that Dunn should be the guy.

Then I look at the box scores from the three games against Mankato and it looks like Dunn played like crap in game one and Lee took over for games two and three.

I would think that Lee will be in the pipes for SCSU on Friday, right?

Yes, given how strong Lee looked on Saturday and Sunday one would think he'd get the nod on Friday but Motzko and this darn rotation who really knows!

So is this game a Friday afternoon game for sure?
