Good series Bulldogs. A lot of people were on the SCSU bandwagon and you had to deal with the trendy team, and you took care of business. I'm sure I'll see a number of you guys next weekend.

It was a good series. At least the Huskies showed a little heart Saturday night. The Bulldogs, however, should be concerned that they thouroughly outplayed the Huskies for most of the weekend but allowed them to hang around both nights. There are plenty of teams that won't botch opportunities and have long stretches of lifeless play like the Huskies.

I would say that was due to Lee. He played very well. Made some big saves.

Congrats Bulldogs. Good Luck in St. Paul. We were treated very well by the UMD fans. I love the Amsoil Arena.

Mike Lee was an absolute animal last night. I look forward to him taking charge as our #1 goalie out of the gate next year. I can't wait until October 2011. Time to train Huskies. Stay hungry.

Not a single team I cheered for won yesterday. All lost in OT. (Hermantown, Duluth East, SCSU). Tough day of hockey. Must be on the karma payment plan. I would like to collect next year with interest paid in full.

Hey, I've bee saying all along that Lee's the man. I've done nothing but sing his praises. I worship him. He was the reason we even made it to overtime. We were exceptional at passing the puck--- unfortunately most of the passes went right onto a UMD stick.

Beersong. I am impressed with you posting this link and calling it like it is. We were at the game and could not see what they called as far as interference. I think they got the call wrong after watching that replay.

Regardless, it may or may not have changed the outcome of the game. All in all, it was a great battle. Best of luck in the playoffs.

Very impressed with Bulldog fans. It's a shame that college hockey is premier sport and they schedule spring break on top of the playoffs. Both SCSU and UMD basically had all of their students out of town. What a shame.

Were you one of the Husky fans opposite of the student section?

It would be cool to have spring break a week later or something. A full pumped up playoff student section would be pretty neat. Although I didn't mind attending the F5 during Spring Break.


I knew that even after that goal was waved off. SCSU would score again. Perhaps if that goal counted they wouldn't have been so motivated to get it back.

For being the "the team nobody wanted to meet in the first round" I guess that the Huskies debunked that myth! I think BSU should have had that label!
