Or she might have been even more explosive with all that extra open ice if she played all her games on Olympic sized rinks. Stats don't tell the whole story. They are often simply the byproduct of a story.

The conversion factor takes into account rink sizes, uniform colors, relative mascot size and the regional pronunciation for drinking fountains. It is accurate to within 1000%.

For the bit it should be:

"Or she night have been even more electric with all that extra open ice if she played all her games on Olympic sized rinks."

Re: Watt Will Her Point Total This This Season?

An interesting takeaway from the USCHO wWCHA preview is Watts only took 30 less shots last year than the year before and scored half as many goals. That actually makes me feel even better. In practice she was on the same line as UW's preseason all conference players (S Shirley and Roque) and preseason player of the year Roque. Roque will dish from anywhere and SS just magic in tight spaces. Watts better be on her toes, she will get her chances. First up, Lindenwood on the road.

Re: Watt Will Her Point Total This This Season?

Watts is on pace to score 134 pts this year. I'd be ok with that.

Re: Watt Will Her Point Total This This Season?

How many games are you planning to play?

Seems like your question is rhetorical but just in case it isn't...Using Tim's projected 134 point total, the current PPG average yields the plan to be 67.

Re: Watt Will Her Point Total This This Season?

4 x 34 = 136 + 20 for playoffs, so the new total is 156 pts.

Sweeping Lindenwood is a HUGE accomplishment, so understandably TA is overly enthusiastic today and consequently the math gaffe
2x34=68

it looks like she is fitting in well, probably due to the WI schedule resembling the cupcake schedule she enjoyed at BC

I'm not going to disagree...Lindenwood - PSU - LI is almost as bad as the bottom 3 for Hockey Easy Conference.

Re: Watt Will Her Point Total This This Season?

On pace for 93.5 pts this season. Things will get tougher this weekend.

Re: Watt Will Her Point Total This This Season?

Or not, on pace for 102 pts. LUI coming up....:)

good grief, this upcoming weekend games could easily be double digit scores
in fact, if I were a Badger fan I'd be upset if they weren't

is she wearing #19 or have you had to change the number on your onesie?
