He scored the allegedly offsides goal in 1985 against PC to win the NCAA championship for RPI.

When the RPI team gathered at Houston Field House for the 25th anniversary of that "championship," Darren Puppa said to me laughingly, "Hey if you're not cheatin', your not trying." We had a good laugh. (Yes I was in Troy that night.)

1985 Frozen Four Refs vs. Fulton's Folly*

A game where a Ref named Fulton, who has since ben let go, screwed RPI. Sorry that I don't recall his given name.
