Just got back from walking Mateo to sleep, do not like seeing the 2-2 score.
Question - if Badgers win, they avoid friday night game since Beavers and Seawolves punched their tickets already, is that correct.
Not anymore with the WCHA expansion. #1 seed Nodak gets the only bye. The other seeded teams play two games on Thursday. There is no 3rd place game.

Umm, I don't think so. The seeds are off because of the upsets, but if seeds held it would be:
Thursday:
#3 vs #6
#4 vs #5
Friday
#4 vs #1
#3 vs #2
So, I think top 2 get byes. Correct me, if I'm wrong...
anybody else having problems will slow refreshes in here?
Yes, the top two seeds that advance get a bye. In the past the teams that advance are reseeded after the first round, I believe that this will continue. Which means that team who advances from this round will be the #5 seed and not the #6 seed because of UAA advancing and thus play the night game on Thursday.
Not so fast... Bemidji will be a lower seed, right? And St. Cloud could still be a lower seed, right? Mankato, too, for that matter... It's unlikely, but possible, UW would get a Thursday bye, right?
