UVM Offseason Thread- Summer 2013

Re: UVM Offseason Thread- Summer 2013

Last time I read the first amendment we were all allowed freedom of speech....

rather then ironing out your dirty laundry amongth yourselves.

Ummmm, never mind.

With all your great hockey intellect and knowledge maybe you could shed some light on who the untalented players are that are causing the lack of power play production, you know for all us ignorant folk.

Re: UVM Offseason Thread- Summer 2013

interesting that Yale was brought into the conversation. All but two of the players on their championship team of this past season were personally recruited by Coach Wallack. Hopefully , you gentlemen will allow the coaching staff at UVM to do the same. I'm sure Coach Snedden had that in mind when they were hired. I'd be more than happy to send you gentlemen my e-mail address so you can send me your collegiate hockey resumes.

That statement is factually incorrect and takes very large liberties again. The "personally" recruited part is just not true. I personally know 5-6 players on that team that were not "personally" recruited by Kyle Wallack they were "personally" recruited by CJ Marotollo so lets give credit where credit it due. Again, what exactly happened in Indiana? It just seems so suspicious getting fired right before playoffs with a wining record. Please share as maybe it would help all of us hockey idiots understand where his true motivation lies and enhance or change our/my impression of his abilities.

Last time I read the first amendment we were all allowed freedom of speech. Here it is July and you gentlemen have nothing positive to say about a program that you supposedly have some passion for.As far as I know the coaches all have offices on campus, all have phone numbers, all have e-mails, and you could also Skype them rather then ironing out your dirty laundry amongth yourselves.
Looking forward to seeing you all at the rink. Shouldn't have trouble finding you gentlemen, you'll be the ones with the brown bags over your heads, booing.
See you around the rink.

P.S. Brown bags are not Eco-Friendly.

If your brother is half the tool you seem to be I have a very bad feeling for the future of our program.

If hes not like you than great for us but to bad for him as we only have to deal with you in this format.

I think we may be learning the answer here just reading PW's posts........

Famous indeed! Nice to know someone actually reads what we say here.

Speaking of which, good to see you posting again. Were you on sabbatical last season? :) I know you're a pretty big fan of Sneddon, so what's your take on the recent direction of the team, and the importance of the upcoming season for his future as UVM coach?

Although I've been pretty vocal about calling for a change, I do think Sneddon did a good job bringing the team back from the brink last season. Although UVM is generally not the kind of school to fire someone, or even to decide not to renew a contract, I do think this is a big year for him. That said, I'm anticipating a good season, as I'm really pretty pysched about the incoming class. We shall see.....

Re: UVM Offseason Thread- Summer 2013

It's another UVM fan mensa meeting over here with all these brilliant minds clashing! I, for one, welcome PeterWallack.

You would.

Of course he was on here lurking earlier and didn't reply. My guess is he just realized that more people read the forum then he thought including the sports guy for the local newspaper, and his actions here will directly impact how the public perceives the new AC.

I expect PeterWallack won't be posting much anymore. Of course, I also thought Osrojo would be gone after his first failed thread and hey he's still pumping out idiotic thread after idiotic thread.

Gentlemen, thanks for the opportunity to ruffle some feathers in the middle of July .I now know your hearts are in the right place,as for your minds, that's for another day. Ha ha!!Dont get up to UVM during the season. I'm still coaching Junior A in Florida helping kids trying to play college hockey. Personally, as a dad I will always defend my son. His skin is thicker then mine..Keep doing what your doing, it surely adds to my retirement pleasures

Re: UVM Offseason Thread- Summer 2013

I guess in today's high tech world all a coach has to do is give his players the appropriate web sites and their all set. But, if that's the case, you'd only be able to criticize the web sites and that wouldn't be much fun

Have to give credit to you for using your own name. Our biggest flamers in the past never did.

To bad Justin's Dad didnt have the nads to use his name when we all knew it was him.
