We have a fully disclosed military based in Qatar. We've had troops there since 2001. And it's designed to handle as many as 10,000 US troops simultaneously. Qatar also uses it as a joint base with the US.

Yemen is, kinda.

We have so many choices. Syria. Venezuela. Maybe after Castro dies we'll get the band back together in Cuba. And who knows how Trump will react to the murder of a fellow bro in North Korea.

Why would they do that? Russia needs stuff like this to get money flowing again and half the State Department has no issue with another Cold War no matter their feelings on Trump.
