Have a look at Juho Olkinoura's career goaltending statistics approximately one and a half seasons into his collegiate career.

In the 2011-2012 season he played 20.601 games. He allowed 45 goals. That equates to a goals against average of 2.18. He stopped 547 of 592 shots for a save percentage of .924. His W-L-T record was 9-8-3.

In the 2012-2013 season he has played 10.292 games. He has allowed 16 goals. That equates to a goals against average of 1.55. He has stopped 291 of 307 shots for a save percentage of .948. His W-L-T record is 6-1-3.

Thus far in his career Olkinoura has played 30.893 games. He has allowed 61 goals. That equates to a goals against average of 1.97. He has stopped 838 of 899 shots for a save percentage of .932. His W-L-T record is 15-9-6.

His statistics suggest Olkinoura has played better in goal than his teammates have played in front of him given that while allowing less than two goals a game the team's record is 15-9-6 a winning percentage of .600. That's a respectable team winning percentage, but frankly, it should be better with a goalie allowing less than two goals a game.

Phillips is the constant as a starter Mayfield and Makowski seem to alternate with him.
