Right. We need Big Mac. He has been my favorite player to watch this season. We may need him to lay out Cam Atkinson in a future contest...

Genoway and Eidsness both playing today. Mac is out though.

I feel bad for Tech. 5-1 UND leading...still in the 1st! :eek:
Frattin is running away with the WCHA points race now...he already has 1G, 2A. Zucker might need a 6 pt game tonight to catch him...

Watching beaver-gopher game on fsn and Lapanta keeps talking about the 11-2 beat down the SIOUX of tech!!! Love it. He brought it up 3 times in 1st period! SIOUX YA YA!!!

Listened to Wally Shaver? on WCCO radio and he was almost crying that the Gofs gave up a goal to the Beavs 4th line...good stuff, eh Wally? :)

I agree. I feel a bit bad for Tech.
Something tells me that they will make at least one of the playoff games close though.

Frattin with an amazing weekend to win the WCHA scoring title. Dell wins the goaltending title as well.

Can UAA pull off the miracle next weekend? :)

Maybe looking ahead, but does anyone know which Friday game UND would get at the Final Five? Does it all depend on if the Goofers make it?
I could make the 7:00, but not 2:00.

Yes, it depends on what happens with UMN.
If UMN wins their 1st round matchup (and their Thurs F5 game), they would play on Friday night.

The PWR drives me nuts. We win two games but we drop in the PWR. Not because of what we did but because Bemidji State and Robert Morris fell off the TUC cliff. There go 6 wins. I fully understand how the PWR works and realize that all teams are in the same boat but it is still a crappy system.

Apparently the PWR drives you nuts twice over! :D :D :D

It doesn't really matter if we are ranked #2 or #3 in the PWR, we still have to pretty much follow the same path to the NC. And, of course, movement is still possible depending on what happens in the confernce tournys.

It must drive you nuts, you said it twice!! You are in the tourney and a number 1 seed. Who cares what the PWR is.

Posting twice has never happened to me. Maybe I was subconsiously trying to boost my number of posts :) But I deleted one of those posts.

Indeed. All roads lead to St. Paul(at least this year).
