First period ends scoreless, with Niagara taking a penalty at the whistle. Shots were 9-4 in favor of the purps.

U looked flat in the first, team needs to come out strong and hopefully capitalize on the power play.

Niagara kills first penalty but takes a cheap knee hit on Mat Bodie and will go back to the box.

Zajac and Presizniuk work a great give and go to make it 2-0 Dutchmen. Presizniuk from Zajac and Coburn.

Boileau scores a ppg 5-1 U. Goal disallowed as Welsh took a penalty.

Last post didn't go through, Arnold scored for NU. Second period ends 4-1 Union.

Shots in the period were 20-3 Union.
