Union @ RPI, Saturday, 10/7/23 (Scrimmage)

I think that the shootout was not officially part of the game. So I am counting it as a tie, and someone else should start the Guelph thread.
 
The good - this was played like a regular season game with 3 full periods. Hotson may well be the real deal. We are faster than last year. We seem to have some boys who can put the puck in the net as shown by two shootout goals in one on one situations. Ultimately this team will need the defense though to be solid and we just did not see enough yet but we might hav e a better idea after tomorrow. As far as face offs, we should have Marah Wagner from the women's team give a course to our guys. She was 18- 4 yesterday and I think 13-2 so far today after 2 periods!
