Try to explain this one. The best RPI has looked in a long time and the freshmen-just stepping up and taking it to Union. A very nice way to spend a friday night. This one deserves an Ultimat Vodka Gimlet!!!!

Perhaps Union took us lightly as we did with Bentley. Lets see if we can repeat this effort tomorrow.

Obviously a much need win, a big win. But the true test will be how we come out and play tomorrow. Not so much can we win tomorrow, more important is will we look as good as we did tonight? The boys showed me a lot in this game. 4 lines all skating, great speed, and for the first time in a long time, quick good decision making. Still some errors but we got lucky a few times and we did not pay for them. We did get called for too many penalties against a powerful Union power play. But it is hard to recall any game against Union that they got called for more penalties than we did. See you all tomorrow.

Just got back from HFH... what a complete effort! Speed, good puck decisions, crashing the net, blocking shots. A big payoff on Friday, let's make it work again on Saturday.

It will be hard... their barn, their ice, last line change. Union will be ready to play, for sure! Go for it, Red, finish it!

While I wasn't able to post last night, I did watch the game. Who were those guys? And where were they last weekend?
That was even better Than the ND game, but we know how they followed that up.
I really like this freshman class, but we have to get the upper class members to do their part. This could turn out to be the biggest roller coaster ride of a season yet. :eek:
