#AnswerForEverything ;) Well apparently you had a much better view of every single incident that happened on the ice...And I suppose your explanation is valid. Rookie goalie and all. But you cannot deny that it went both ways. (But you probably will) We all know our Capt. can be a bit of a hot head. This is nothing new and to say that's the reason we have had less than a stellar season is, well, just not it. Good luck the rest of the way. Who knows; maybe we'll see you again.

This is what happens when UVM occasionally lucks into a mediocre season - if UNH has to go on the road for the first round I would LOVE to go back to UVM. They scare nobody. They may win, with UNH in a down cycle, but of all the teams they might have to play - please, I'm sure Willows and co. would relish it...

Last week I was going to post my VT prediction which, on my life I swear, was L because VT had lost a few in a row and was home needing a W and then a W just because. Of course I didn't post and look what happened.

This week, feeling double Ls coming on, I am posting hoping that since I threw it out there it won't come true.

Funny the same fans applauded him once when he got up and then as he was helped off the ice. Must be your selective hearing. This of course
coming from someone called HockeyRef that calls the refs umpires like he thinks he is watching a baseball game.

Hmmm prob should not bother replying but...
1. That cheer came from the student section and not the general fan
base...
2. Just for clarification sakes I am a 'hockeyref' but it's field hockey (and lacrosse) and have always used the term 'umpire' or 'official' as a collective term and yeah I know there are other terms for ice hockey 'officials'
3. Am not a he.

With snowstorm #3459803245 on its way for Saturday night, have any of you heard about the Saturday game getting moved, either to earlier in the day or another date?

Edit: now confirmed, game has been moved to 4 PM Saturday.

Now, now Snively65 one can't have everything! :rolleyes: I know a team that coulda used those 16 points! ;) I am glad he is happy and has a great post season to look forward to...and hope his aspirations to play pro hockey come true. Too bad Q is slated (if they make it) to play in the Providence regional; would have loved to see him play in ManchVegas. Ever the optimist, I haven't completely ruled out the host school...:D
