UNH PP remains deplorable, now giving up SHG. :-(

Souza coaches PP, right?

Re: UNH Wildcats 2017-2018 Season - The Quest Continues

Today Danny Tirone eclipsed games played by a UNH net minder..

And, they have ushers with fluorescent orange jackets standing along the glass. ........... to keep fans from climbing over onto the ice?

The BC play by play guys are such homers! Complaining about every non call!

Re: UNH Wildcats 2017-2018 Season - The Quest Continues

2 BC goals from the same spot...UNH penalties...not a good look .

Re: UNH Wildcats 2017-2018 Season - The Quest Continues

Rich school, as they just tossed a couple hundred t-shirts to their fans during a TV time out.

And, just like that UNH makes it 4-2. No quit in Cats!

These guys make Jack Edwards look like he's not really sure if he's a Bruins fan or not.

Yeah! Those stuporfans are such a threat. But seriously, I also thought security was more than a bit over the top the last time I visited Conte for a game during Christmas break two years ago. Probably less than a thousand souls in the stands. But the orange-jackets along the glass staring up into the nearly empty stands with such very stern looks seemed almost comical and made Conte feel more like a prison yard than a college hockey venue.

Security is also in evidence at Matthews and other venues I've been to. Just not so "in your face."

Well, it looks like Tirone didn't exactly grab his latest reprieve on the starter's job with both hands now, did he?

Having lived through numerous similar "typical January" UNH Hockey experiences, I'm still surprised at this one.

I feel like such a sap. It's like Charlie Brown, thinking Lucy is really gonna hold the football in place this time ...
