LOL!!! :) :)

Madigan definitely learned from Jackie Pahkah, MACHW (Master of the Art of Collegiate Hockey Whining). Back in the old Snively Arena days, Pahkah was convinced that the lighting on one side of the arena was inferior to the other side, so he always convinced the refs to force the teams to switch sides halfway through the 3rd period...just to keep it fair, you know. :rolleyes: :p

Ha! Well I've barely read the book myself Moby DICK that is..) and had to look up that first line truth be tol' ;) just yankin' ya. :p Prob the interview is recorded; very short..kind of went on about how UNH got their offense going after the 1-5-1 (don't remind me :eek:) start...etc etc...excited to be going to the Garden, what a great team PC is, ya know, the usual. And YES we are excited to be having a Garden Partay! :D

Oh my Scott I am just LOLing about this and all of these comments...have so enjoyed it. Jackie Pahkah...MACHW... Love it!! :) Cloud 9 thanks for reviving this post about Sir Madigan the Whiner. I wondered what would come of it once the thread had been closed. Uh oh I think I have crossed my line!! T.O.O.C. (totally out of control) :eek: Think I will quit while I'm ahead...

Jeez ... we've got J. Geils, Supertramp, and an obligatory nod to ABBA's legendary Agnetha Faltskog going on. Very nice.

Me and e.cat will stick with Zep, though. Here's the edited version of "Moby Dick" (only the first 3 minutes!!) ... :D

I will continue with sage burning but it is worrisome that the ghosts are now attempting to be heard via Chuck's "Maybe Dick" and e.cat's reference to Stephen King. Someone noted in "Liquorature" that King was influenced by Moby Dick and supplied "a subterranean metaphor for the fight against overwhelming faceless odds..." Maybe the stars are lining up for positive things to occur?

After all - and correct me if I am wrong, I think Ishmael did survive ...... in a coffin.

Sonar that would be awesome! Heck, I tweeted a plea to the infamous Twitter "Hockey God" on Sunday knowing full well he could've ridiculed my tweet...also did my 'shamballa' thing I have going on. Whatever works!! Oh, and we could play rock em sock em...inspired hockey!!!! :D

Too funny:D Candomble seems to incorporate different religious traditions. Who am I to question?;)

I think I'll get in on the act and perform some kind of Celtic/Druid sacrifice. Maybe in concert with the vernal equinox. Not sure what to sacrifice though. Maybe a CD of the Anaheim Frozen Four game against Maine or an effigy of Noeth:eek:;)
