One last note on the JG topic. One of his best friends from his home NJ hockey community is #8 Jamie Hill. That alone could be compelling enough for someone to play for a particular program- playing in college with one of your buddies. Check their facebook pages out. You will see them both in many pictures together. It could have given UNH an edge if all other things were equal.

He still would have decommited and went to BC

Still a state agricultural school at the end of the day with a very high acceptance rate for avg type candidates

They have kids on team now who were on line students in juniors

I believe in respecting other opinions whether I agree or not but you are an idiot. State agricultural school? At least try to argue with a touch of intelligence. Wow!

That's pretty much what it is
Job placement is so bad it's startling
Most top firms have lists of what schools they will interview graduates from. Have not seen UNH on them. Right or wrong it's a fact. No matter what the gpa

Yup, keep trying to convince yourself that you remotely know what you are talking about. Hey, maybe someday you will actually find someone dumb enough to believe you. I hope you enjoy your pathetic existence.

Congrats to the UNH Football team, who advanced to the FCS semis for the first time in school history, rallying with a late TD to defeat #4 ranked hosts SE Louisiana 20-17. They will travel again to face #1 North Dakota State next weekend, with a chance to earn a trip to the National Championship on January 4th in Frisco TX. #7 Towson State will face #3 Eastern Washington in the other semi.

:)

Chuck... Taking everything in my power not to repost myself here, about the football team advancing to the semis vs. NDSU OR the Cowell renovations!! ;-)

One of my best Minneapolis buddies is an NDSU grad and rabid fan. This will undoubtedly lead to a steak dinner going one way or the other when I'm back in MSP.

Back to hockey (hoky?)....

2-7-1 vs. top 10. 7-2 vs. all others... Looks like there is a well-defined line for this team, and it doesn't portend good things for the postseason, even if we miraculously make it there.

In a related story, Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston was named the winner of the 2013 Heisman Trophy. Many UNH fans believe that Winston would have chose the Wildcats over the Seminoles had it not been for the UNH admissions office.

on the last SE-L TD the QB looked like Eli evading the rush in the first Pats choke against Big Blue
