Re: UNH Wildcats 2013-14 Season Thread (Part 2)

Umile has been coaching them to play this way for years.
It would be foolhardy to expect anything different.
Of course, on the NU thread they're saying they're getting screwed by bad calls.

Your own radio guys said Northeastern got cheated. Refs with a make up call though.

I think there a couple of minutes to go. Plenty of time for a collapse.

I am pleasantly surprised. UNH on the way to the Gahden. Now, can the hockey universe shift on it's axis again and see BC get flushed down in Chestnut Hill?

UNH tied for 16 in power, weird thou with win over providence next week doesn't move up at all..losing last night hurt big time.

Even before the loss last night, Priceless had posted on the PWR thread that the only way UNH could get in would be with the autobid.

#1 BC sweeps #8 Notre Dame, outscores the "best #8 seed of all time" by at least 5 goals on the aggregate  :o :)
#2 UMass-Lowell slips past #7 UVM in 3 games, with one game going to OT
#3 Providence sweeps #6 UMaine, with one game going to OT
#4 UNH vs. #5 Northeastern ... 3 games, heart says UNH, head says NU. Going with the heart. :)

Hey, with one really minor exception :D I did OK with my picks. At least I got the *right* one (badly) wrong ...

BC does the spiral swim....chaa haaa. That's some good stuff right there. Anyway, it should be some good hockey next week down there in Boston.
