Goumas-Moses-Borisenok have gone to the "hard areas" (as JB would say) tonight and it's paid off.

Northeastern and BC end up tied. With a win tonight, UNH moves back into first in Hockey East standings.

Too bad they can't just play the RS on paper and let these two play for the WS. That would be a classic matchup. I got April 8 off work, and am hoping to get a ticket for the Mariners home opener.

BTW, I love Goumas, been digging him all season, scoring from behind the net like that off of Madore's back... awesome.

Agreed. My favorite team as a kid and my favorite team today. The Phillies and Sox, I mean. :)

In other news by the way, but kinda reminiscent of the "Idiots" .... I have a mohawk going on. (Slight bald spot developing on top, so it's all coming off anyway, so this is my once in a lifetime opportunity to have an insane haircut. ;) )

By the way... just because it deserves to be said... the Goumas give and go with Moses in the slot... who then did a 360 spin-o-rama backhand pass back right to a driving to the net Goumas (on the tape, no less!) was simply SICK! Goumas nearly scored on the initial bang-bang play at the right post before doing his wraparound for the goal. Kudos all the way around there, boys... nifty goal!

You and me both Erin. I remember early in the year when he was still on the 4th line, he just always seemed to be around the puck. I knew it was only a matter of time before it started going in for him. He's gonna be a great player for us.
