Well, as usual, UNH needs to stay out of the box, 2 PPGs. Apparently all UVM's 10th league ranked PP just needed to go up against out 9th league ranked PK :( :mad: :p

Still, lots of credit to UNH for answering right back with the 5th goal. That Kipp goal was awesome. He got the pass just inside the blue line, skated down the slot and then went just wide right into the face off circle and he had the WHOLE right side of the net open to shoot at. Excellent patience on his part to just hold it until the time was right.

Spillane is not at fault for UVM being down, really. The only goal he gave up that was soft, though, was the 2 on 1 that lead to him being pulled (4th goal). He just sort of waved at it.

UNH did give up some chances, and UVM has certainly not given up. They had some excellent sustained pressure toward the end of the period, until Moses finally took the puck end to end and then UNH controlled a little more than a minute to end the 2nd. Gotta love Moses.

The offensive firepower of this team was never really in doubt. It's great to see the defense and goaltending have really come together.

Living in Soviet Canuckistan I'm not allowed to watch anything with the letters E-S-P or N in the title, but most especially if those letters are all together in that order.

Dubious penalty for elbowing when he was just finishing a shoulder to shoulder check.

VT has a PP, under 10 left.

Whats melrose smokin,. UHN just just got NCAA sanctions for recruiting violations., At least the other announcer knows UNH for being a choke in the playoffs
Vermont goalies have been terrible today, UNH had 5 goals on 16 shots,
