A few defensive mistakes including two big give aways. Cannot afford to come out for the second period without the full urgency shown when we started the first period. I cannot see us going 40 more minutes without getting called for a couple penalties and that big UNH line will be tough to handle short handed. Hackett has just been very good and has had to be on a couple of chances.

Good start to the period, but UNH found their legs with about 5 minutes remaining and took over the play. RPI looked a little rattled in the last minute of the period.
Hackett looked good as usual, but he never gets a quick whistle. The referees seem to wait a long time before they finally blow the puck dead when it is clearly out of their view.

Perhaps because they still see the puck. Back in 09-10, goalie thought he had the puck, wanted the whistle, ref saw it the whole time, and we scored.
