UNH @ BU... Game 2... 3/10/12

End of 1st period... BU 1, UNH 0
SOG: BU 14, UNH 8
Outside of the two BU PPs, UNH has had some good quality scoring chances. Goals will come if UNH keeps playing that way. As for BU, their effort so far today has been solid. They scored on the first PP (with just :01 left on the PP) & had a few more chances. Millan was very good that period and did what he had to. DeSmith in the UNH goal was very good largely when he needed to be. Both goaltenders showing they are amongst the best in H.E.A.

Yep.. it was almost like they knew they had to pick their spots and just missed on a large portion of them. Super close bid by Silengo and then right as the period ended Pavelski nearly scored. Just have to keep up the good effort.

Nope.. still 1-0. Not sure what is going on with the Live Scores operator at the website. Wishful thinking on their part a bit?

Now Escobedo and Megan go hard to the net with bids and UNH's Hardowa trips Escobedo and BU goes back to the PP for the 3rd time.
