I saw your esteemed AD at a tennis club on the Northsore yesterday. Pretty ironic to say the least.

I thought they already had it??? Didn't HR report on it awhile ago? Or am I "misremembering?" (I could be losing my mind...I expected to be golfing by now but as I right this it's snowing like crazy outside my window...)

Oops, I must have missed, as I was out of the country and an internet connection for a week. I will scroll back to see if my prediction that Fregona would be our next caption was correct.

Prior posts said it is Saturday, and new assistant should be known by then....perhaps Blue Skies was finalizing assistant's contract at the tennis court?

tThen we can start to fill out the roster with two more needed D???? No rush.

Unnamed sources have indicated that Chuck Murray will take over as the new Assistant. :eek: :p

I believe that it did say this Saturday. Went on the FOH website last week and there was nothing on this years banquet. Perhaps as DU's last appearance it sold out and did not need promotion to fill the room?

Yep banquet is Saturday and the cut off to sign up was I think April 16. Will be going and will report out what's what Capt wise.. Speaking of what's everyone's take on that? Going with Vela/Boyd...

... I need to categorically deny this outrageous rumor. The program already has enough obstacles to overcome.

To paraphrase something that was uttered about 50 years ago now by a far more prominent national figure at the time ... "I shall not seek, and I will not accept the job of UNH Men's Hockey Assistant Coach if offered".

Besides, I don't play tennis, and the AD would likely shoot me dead if/when I reported for an interview. :D

Knowing tennis would impress the ultimate new boss. May also want to learn swimming and clarinet.

Oh, then I can apply? I've been playing (along with sax, keyboard, etc) for, well, "x" years... :D

According what I have read the origianal version was stated in 1884, somewhat more than 50 years ago.
