Well this thread certainly died faster than Duluth's MacNaughton hopes. How do the Bullpuppies plan to score goals since UND will actually defend JT Brown and Jack E. Pants couldn't even score on Tech or UAA?

Thats because I'm not posting old man! I assume UND will defend against JT by CFB?Well this thread certainly died faster than Duluth's MacNaughton hopes. How do the Bullpuppies plan to score goals since UND will actually defend JT Brown and Jack E. Pants couldn't even score on Tech or UAA?

The only thing more preposterous than this scenario is Dave Woogstol NOT choking in a Frozen Four.Andrew MacWilliam gets a Gordie Howe hat trick in the first three minutes of Friday's game. It is renamed the Andrew MacWilliam hat trick though as after pummeling Dan Delisle Big Mac is challenged by the entire Bullpuppy bench. He gladly accepts and disposes of any and all UMD players foolish enough to challenge him. The entire Amsoil crowd, minus the UMD students who have already abandoned ship to jump off the Irivin, led by Dick cheers gleefully as MacWilliam skates around the ice dragging Brady Lamb by the scruff of his neck. MacWilliam throws Lamb into the crowd and the frenzied crowd beats Lamb so badly that his only future option in life is to become a stunt double for Dan Kronick. UMD with no players in condition to continue forfeits both games. Bruce McCleod, who is in attendance, is so impressed by this show of awesomeness by MacWilliam that he awards all of UMD's league points to UND as well as renaming the league trophy to the MacWilliam. This greatly angers Dorkisak who vows his revenge next week when Tech visits Grand Forks. Mac, being the extraordinary gentleman that he is, graciously accepts and then begins to throw candy into the adoring crowd. This also angers Dorkisak for some strange reason. The crowd is undeterred by Dorkisak's grumpiness though and they cheer wildly as Andrew MacWilliam, their new God, leaves the ice.
Sioux Sweep, wrap up MacWilliam Trophy.

Will you say that Doug Woogstol will win a national championship then?I fail to see anything proposterous about my scenario. I think there is a 75% likliehood everything I said happens.

Pigs flying? That's only reserved for a Viking Super Bowl victory.Last year proved pigs can fly, so yes.

I thought that was hell freezing over?![]()
I expect a split, but we'll see what we can do. I hate to say it, but a UND split(or more) would do wonders for the Gophers. Assuming the Gophers take care of their own business, that is.I think it is some combination of all the impossible events happening all rolled into one for the Vikings to win the Super Bowl.
Also, good luck to your Gophers this weekend. It would be appreciated if you could sweep Denver.

I'm excited for it, but I am nervous as well. I will be doing some major scoreboard watching, that is for sure. I just hope for a Friday win so that the backs aren't against the wall Saturday.I don't see North Dakota getting anything more than 2 points this weekend. On the PWR level, it seems that a split with Duluth would keep North Dakota about where they are at (14-17 range), while a sweep could jump them as high as #8 (more likely 10-12 range). That being said, getting swept would be near disaster for North Dakota. Hopefully UND comes out strong and is able to play well and come home with some points.
As for the Gophers-Pioneers series, Minnesota has the talent to go down to Denver and sweep, but they will have to play consistently. Denver is a sleeping giant, and they are completely capable of sweeping Minnesota. Hopefully we'll both be happy when this weekend is over.![]()
Well I guess if you look at it that waygopher wes, knock it off. We are hoping for a couple of UMD losses, not a couple of UND wins. There is a difference.![]()
I hope you're right. UND is obviously not as good as years past, and I don't think UMD is going to play as bad as UMD fans think. Shall be a great time.
