Some unknown reason? I use the Pairwise Rankings, not the poles. Denver is 26th in the PWR. 25th in RPI. Denver also just got swept by CC. Sorry I'm not that impressed with your team beating the teams they are supposed to beat.

I am aware St. Cloud hasn't been great recently. Even with their struggles, they're still in 5th in the PWR.

You started with the hockey talk, I just continued with it. I'll talk about nearly anything you want to talk about. As soon as I finish saying that......So going by PWR, SCSU is now 0-2-1 in the same time period. I guess I have to give the Huskies even less credit for their accomplishments over the past three months. Sweet!

It is amusing that just because UND fans don't think they'll get absolutely smoked this weekend that SCSU fans take it as the Huskies don't stand a chance.

No actually i don't see one SCSU fan that thinks we will smoke you, but i do see UND fans thinking we don't have a chance and even if we did, it doesn't matter as UND will win the games and the league anyway.
This is going to be a good series, and if i had to pick an outcome, it would likely be a split.
My only thing in regards to a sweep is that i like our chances of sweeping more than i do UND's and it's because it's in our barn.
Also while UND has improved since our last meeting, we've swept them already this year.
SCSU has struggled a bit, not one SCSU fan would deny that, but we also don't suck either.
We've got a tie in points here, yet SCSU is the leader in win %, has a better overall win %, is 2-0 against UND this year and 4-1-1 in the last 2 years.
Why should we not be confident that we can win this series?

SCSU has a losing record to UND in St. Cloud.

That said, I'd be happy with a split. Still gives us the leg up on the #1 seed in the conference playoff and won't hurt our pairwise significantly.

SCSU would really have to choke not to sweep this weekend. Sioux fans have not seen a team this weak since Rube. I hope the mercy rule is in effect.

Historically yes, but does what happened our first decade or so in D1 mean anything to this series or do the last few years matter?
We have a losing record @UND too but our last few trips have been quite successful.

Yeah, like I said we haven't been great and we are still in a pretty good spot. Giving us little credit is justified.

FTLT might take it that way, but I don't think anyone else did. If UND fans think they will sweep, that's fine. One of your fans on page 1 said Bob should resign or something but reasonable people wouldn't say he speaks for all Sioux fans.

If you'll talk about anything, I never really got a satisfactory answer on what changed with your team from November to now. You only said Tambellini was gone and cross cheque mentioned something about wanting to be a jockey.

Nor should you be. Although I will say Miami with Coleman is a different team than without him and I think they will be over .500 the rest of the season including playoffs.

SCSU has a losing record at home against UND over the last 5 series, last 10 series, last 15 series, etc...

But again, what happened last year, last decade, or even last November is likely irrelevant to this weekend.

You sure? UND shut out UMD and destroyed them 6-2 on Saturday night. You guys only swept us by a late goal on Friday night and almost coughed up the lead on Friday.

Am I sure about being confident? Lemme check... Yes.

First off, almost coughed up the lead on Friday? UMD was down 4-0 after one and never got closer than 2 goals. How is that almost coughing up the lead?

Secondly, if you are going to use that logic, Minnesota was 1-1-1 against Duluth and SCSU was 4-0 against Duluth. Does that mean we are better than Minnesota?
