Although the OP meant UND was going to do the sweeping, since he didn't specifiy -you seized the opportunity, and cleverly made it look to the rest of the world as though (this is where the genius really sparkles) it was MTU who was going to do the sweeping. Grand Forks is a long way from being Houghton, it's not a sprawling metropolis but its a long way from being a town in the UP who's motto is "Kissing Cousins"

This is a series between two small town schools with great hockey traditions, and it will probably be the last game the Sioux play in Houghton in a long long time. Great venue, great history, and Tech is playing good hockey. I'd love to be there.

UND was arrogant in the first period PK and it didn't cost then a goal but it should have. On the other hand Mr. Schumacher you owe your mother $12 for the game feed on her computer and she wants to know how many glasses of lemonade you have to sell this month to pay for it.

Indeed. Even though UMD sucks this year, they played two very good games against UND a few weeks ago. Tech couldn't even kill a PP much less play a good game against UND. At home no less. Thank God UND only has to play one more game with these lowly serfs.
