Good win vs. a lousy team for week 1. Another lousy team coming up for week 2.

I'm stuck here in Packerland, and married to a lifelong Chedderhead, so I will get a LOT of crap if Bret doesn't shine on every play.

How far are they going to go?

I don't know what the Vikes were thinking when they drafted Adrien Peterson! They should have passed on him.

I suspect I'm way behind the times here (as usual) but I just saw the Sears commercial with Fav-re. That's some funny stuff. :)

I haven't watched the Vikings that much, but that bald head-beard-mustache combo that Childress is rocking is...........not good. Who on earth thought that was a good idea?

Eventually this season the Vikings will face a real NFL team, I hope they are able to compete.

Apparently a guy I saw at Old Chicago today thinks so. I swear he was Childress' twin brother. It was uncanny.:eek:

I miss when Childress had only the moustache, because he was a dead-ringer for BTK.

What are the Vikes' chances vs. SF tomorrow? SF seems to be better than the last few years.

I think it's going to be close. But I think the Vikings will win. But I wouldn't put money on that...
