Yes he did. Another CC player saw it and pushed the puck out of the crease with his stick underneath Prosser. But when Prosser got up, the puck was CLEARLY outside the crease. That's what the ref's saw. He was bent down looking when Prosser got up. Is this a reviewable situation? Could that have reviewed and awarded a penalty shot?

And they just called another penalty on Akins for getting shoved into the net.
