Would have been higher quality competition but Caitrin Lonergan and Rhyne McGill suffered some type of shoulder/upper body injuries and will be out for weeks. No excuses being made just reporting the facts.

CU 4 - UMD 2 Final.

Stats were pretty close after two and the 'Dogs were up 2-1...then CU closed the show in the 3rd.

Rooneyo, Rooneyo, where for arte thou Rooneyo?

Thanks for the updates guys.

Knew I wouldn't be able to watch today's game and refused to pay $40 plus to watch last night's game. (Live stats seemed like dead stats and was next to useless last night).

CU goalie, I'm sure, is still wanting the second goal back from Game 1. Fluky goal. But it didn't matter in the end.

The memo to take one of St. Cloud’s goalies, and Ohio States leading forward somehow was misunderstood and the opposite happened.

BSU 4 - UMD 2 Final.

Feels ominously like early last season when the 'Dogs lost a number of games that they shouldn't have...on paper.

Well, as for yesterday's game, based on having:

4 former US U18 players
2 US National Team players
1 former CAN U18 player
1 CAN National Team Development player

vs BSU's having none of the above that I'm aware of, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Langei and DeGeorge both former USA players for BSU. But, yes, not as deep of a roster as UMD. A great Beaver upset!
