Re: UMass Lowell 2014-2015 Season: The March to March

For any Lowell fans in Merrimack Valley area looking for a hockey fix this evening, No. 1 Springfield Cathedral plays No. 2 BC High in the Pete Frates Classic championship game. 6 D1 commits on Cathedral, 2 on BC High. Game time is 7. '00 Jake Wise, a BU commit, plays for Central Catholic, who takes on St. John's Prep in consolation game at 5 pm. Both games are at Merrimack. Ticket sales go to a great cause, the Pete Frates 3 Foundation… if you're drawing a blank, think this summer's Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS.

yet another snafu for the radio coverage. Listening to 60's music instead of Bob. UUTef. I hate this school's inability to get this part of things right

UML and the AM radio both without coverage. The link to the TV station won't come in for my browsers. In a black out.:mad::mad:

Re: UMass Lowell 2014-2015 Season: The March to March

CPTV announcers finally realize near end of first that Boyle is in net and not Smith whom they've been mentioning all period. Top notch production.

still 1-0, 4 min left in the second. UConn's first powerplay just ended, our pk looked fairly effective. shots were 14-9 at the end of the first. White-Campbell-Chapie looking like they are at another level, completely controlling play when they are on the ice.

Re: UMass Lowell 2014-2015 Season: The March to March

10:01 left. 1-0.

Kamrass with a huge huge block on a 2-on-1 for UConn.

Haven't seen the entire game, but what I've seen, Boyle's done a much better job of controlling rebounds so far.
