This may have been just an on-line article that the Sun sometimes does. It may show up in tomorrow's special insert section.

By the way, I like how the team just sort of slipped out of town today with no rally, no fanfare, just getting down to business with as little distraction as possible and staying focused. St. Cloud on the other hand suppposedly had a big pep rally extravaganza which I'm glad we didn't do.

They didn't really slip out of town as my co-worker saw the bus, and police escort, heading to Logan as he was driving up 93 this afternoon!

Is it Thursday yet?

FYI, the Hockey Humanitarian Award is 5:25-5:45 (between autograph session & Hobey). It was left off that Lowell activity sheet (along with the open practice and free skate), but while a Lowell player isn't winning I think Lowell people will be happy about the award. You'll have to trust me since it won't be public til then.

Lowell Sun insert is 16 pages full articles and photos. The piece on Artie is also in there.

Page 16 is a full page Market Basket ad congratulating the team on their first ECAC Championship. UML is so good, they won two conferences this year!

Just what Norm has been preaching, we will celebrate when we are done.

AM radio station live broadcasting ( 980AM , streaming ) from Pittsburgh today-Friday from media hotel lobby. Likely just the morning 6-10AM show but should have an interesting show tomorrow and Friday *fingers crossed*. They were saying that team hotel is 11 miles out of town so Bob Ellis may not make it to the microphone today. Interesting to note that they are the only team station ( so far? ) live broadcasting down there, thank Lowell Bank for covering the expense.

I am counting on you guys going down to give us feedback on ticket situation for Saturday ; going to be awful hard not to hop in the car Saturday morning if I know there are tickets waiting at the bar !!
