Sitting in the Manchester airport clinging to wifi and the wuml feed while waiting for my flight to Pittsburgh. Great stretch to get those 2 goals in the 2nd. Originally thought I'd know if Lowell was playing on Saturday before I took off tonight. Flight will be excruciating now, having to wait until landing to find out.

Won't mind too much if I find out it's Lowell:D

Lowell D cannot give the zone and then back off so much...17:00 into OT

I was wondering when Lowells goalie was going to be merely human instead of super human, sucks it happened today. Great season just the same but I'm sure tonight hurts.

I just wanted to say congratulations on your great season. Tough loss, but hang your head up. You guys represented Hockey East well.

good season guys! Unfortunately you suffered the same fate as Vermont in 2008! So close! Can't wait to see UMLfan, UMLgoon, and Patfan on here posting (once they wipe away their tears of bitter defeat). Nothing at all against the rest of you lowell fans, just a personal vendetta against these D-bags. Love it. Enjoy the offseason!
 
Great gm Riverhawks.. you played super all year.
Will be great to least have that Frozen Four banner at Tsongas.. forever.

Season to remember, no question.

Great season by the RiverHawks. You've got a bright future. Like the way your team plays and your coach is first class all the way. Best of luck next season.

Tough to swallow, but a heck of a season by Lowell! I am proud of This team. As for Wetmore and Wright - thanks for a great four years at Lowell - You will be missed.

I think it was 2009 but the rest of what you wrote is spot on ;)

Here's how I see it. Last year : round of 8. Retained the core of the team with mininal graduation impact. This year : round of 4. Core of the team will be retained with minimal graduation impact. So the natural progression is next season: round of 2. Who's with me?

The les house is in mourning. Awesome to see all our fans down there. Glad they had the season they did.

This right here says it for me. Gave up too much ice and were moving backwards far too often. Even on the GWG the D man had an opportunity to step up and play the puck around center ice but hesitated and ultimately got beat. Tough to see them lose playing the way they did tonight, where they didn't really have it, but credit to Yale. They've been a surprise all tournament long and welly executed a good game plan tonight. Historic season for Lowell, had a lot of awesome ups and will be a season I'll remember for some time.

Unfortunately Wiseman many will tell you it doesn't work that way...that's why you enjoy the moment/journey to the max!! Hopefully now UML has disrupted the Big 4 of HE, along with PC and MC for awhile....keep on enjoying your 2013 run...it should make for a short off season!
